Important Considerations

1. Consignee to provide assistance and mechanical handling facilities to unload bulky items or items heavier than 25kgs (Customer to arrange beforehand)
2. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect delivery details shall be invoiced
3. If significant time is spent awaiting handover / acceptance of the consignment a reasonable charge will be made for such duration
4. It shall be the Consignee's responsibility to check that all goods are as expected
5. Should there be an issue with the consigment at the point of delivery / pickup the Customer and Consignee shall quickly decide if the services of Elite Delivery Services are further required, otherwise "waiting time" shall be invoiced
6. Claims will not be entertained once the consignment has been accepted and / or the Proof of Delivery note has been signed
7. Elite Delivery Services cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to unforeseen circumstances
8. Elite Delivery Services cannot be held liable for any consequential losses associated with the delivery / collection profit, custom, losses, etc)
